I really agree with this! They could add Murphy beds as well, and have the option either rent out a single room or more than one as a hotel style...so like if you chose to rent out more than one room you could classify your lot as hotel, but also have the option to simply rent out a room, but have it be more of a roommate style., without being considered a hotel or B&B.

I really agree with this!
