Add 1 and 2 tile height rooms.

We already have 3, 4, and 5 tile height rooms, but what if I want to make a crawlspace under a house? Foundations won't allow that. But, if we could make 1 and 2 tile height rooms, we can. Please let this be a thing soon. I have older builds I want to port, but can't due to this limitation.
