Add a key to save the game in an emergency

I'm not 100% sure I completely understand your issue, but how are you sure the problem would not have been saved with it?

I understand myself the problem with losing progress and have wished to still be able to save during events such as a fire (due to particularly bad incidents). However, I also understand having something horribly bugged out not being able to be saved.

My assumption is that you are asking for some sort of quick save system in particular, yes?
