Add fertilise all option to gardening

Sims 3 had a "fertilize all using best ingredients", but I never used it because I didn't want to lose life fruits, etc.
I didn't know that about Sims 3, but yeah, that's the point I was making. Don't want to lose precious stuff while not paying attention to what's being used for fertilizer.
