Age Limits on Lots

I would really like to be able to set Age on Lots. I have a Kid and Teen park I would like to keep just for teens and kids. I also have a few restaurants I would like to make adult only.

I totally agree it would be so cute, to for example have teenage clubs and Kid-only parks. Alongside maybe like retirement community centers and such. Plus as @AlanSims stated, it is weird to magically have the same sims follow you around everywhere.
