P Gen Pt 3-The Plantsim Ghost-hunter

This is our first generation to take up three chapters. Piper has accomplished a lot, but she still has six objectives left: complete 10 gigs as a Paranormal Investigator, join the Powerhouse club, master the Parenting skill, collect all of the Post Cards (she’s still missing three), become a Plant Sim and die from eating Pufferfish.

Rhys has the following objectives that he could complete in his early years:

• Teen-Responsible trait
• Final Traits- Romantic, Rancher
• Likes- Rocket Science, Rock-climbing
• Dislikes-Island Décor, Industrial
• Skills- Rocket Science, Rock Climbing
• Careers- Retail Employee
• Aspiration Rewards-Re-Traiting Potion

Because Rhys wants to be a Rambunctious Scamp, Piper signs up for the Power House Club with him. The Power House is a fitness club head-quartered in a gym with a pool in the basement, so Rhys can practice his physical skills.

Piper has been encouraging Rhys’ values. She helps him with a rocket ship Project, which puts him on a level to earn the Responsible trait, and she encourages him to wash dishes, which helps her master the Parenting skill.

After plenty of practice, Rhys masters the monkey bars, completing the Rambunctious Scamp aspiration. From now on, he will build physical skills a lot faster. He is ready for his next chapter.

As a teen, Rhys wants to be a Renaissance Sim and learn as much as possible. He particularly enjoys learning about Rocket Science and Rock Climbing. He dislikes Island and Industrial décor. After thinking about it, I decided the opposite of Island Industrial would be an aesthetic of polish and elegance, so I gave his bedroom a Red elegance makeover.

With experience, Piper has found the secret to success in any haunting: magic potions. She uses her alchemy skills to craft excellent potions that will help even the angriest specters mellow out. It doesn’t take long for her to successfully complete 10 paranormal investigations. Growing the ingredients for potions helps her master the gardening skill, allowing her to purchase magic beans. She plants a magic bean tree in the yard at Pendula View and enters the portal to become a Plantsim.

Meanwhile, Rhys has been earning money by working as a Retail Employee. As a Romantic, he wants to be able to afford to take his girlfriend Catalina out on dates. He works his way up to become Customer Support, the top of the Retail Employee career.

Piper’s pet bubalus, Pilot, sends her a post-card from his expedition in Al Simhara, completing her Post Card collection. She doesn’t get long to enjoy it. She ends up eating too much Pufferfish while in a bad mood (someone was playing Kid’s music), and dies from the toxins.
