12.After all this drama Sikya and Ogima started to spend time together much more than before. As he was Sikya's breeding slave she wanted to know Ogima better and she really liked this man. Ogima's plans were different, but Sikya couldn't know what's going in his head. He was nice with her and it was enough.
One night they became very close... All were sleeping, except Ogima and Sikya.
- Just look at these stars, - she pointed her finger at the sky. - Sometimes they tell me many secrets.
- I didn't know you are so romantic, - Ogima smiled listening her. He thought that Sikya talks nonsenses, so he didn't take it seriously.
Sometimes she yelled at him for no reason, sometimes she seemed very sad and silent, sometimes too energized, but Ogima never felt hurt and angry on Sikya. Sikya was Sikya and he allowed her to be herself. Ogima liked her weirdness and how she looks and Sitya so suited his plans. He was sure all will work perfectly.
When Sikya offered him to enjoy the night sitting by the fire Ogima agreed immediately.
- Tell me about yourself, Ogima... - she told him looking at his eyes, when they sat down by the fire.
- Do you like sad slaves stories? - He smiled.
- No... I don't like sad stories, Ogima, but I know that life can be very sad. I just want to know you, you'll be a father of my baby.
- Ok.. - he nodded. - It was a time, when I wasn't slave. I was born free and had to be a warrior like my father was.
- Oh... - Sikya looked at him surprised. - Is that possible that men can not be slaves?
- Yes... I came from North, - Ogima nodded. - Don't be surprised too much that my skin is dark,, - man smiled. - My mother came from the desert where no winter and sun always heats. Her skin was dark as night... I've inherited my father's blue eyes, dark red hair and my mother's dark and heat resistant skin.
- It looks very nice on you, - Sikya smiled widely. - And all people in North look like you?
- Yes, they are tall and mostly have very light or red hair, their eyes are blue like the sky, they are just pale skined, so they look different a bit than I.
- Oh... It's so interesting... I've never been in North, - Sikya was very impressed. - Tell me more, please...
- It's cold land, winters are very long and cold... But there is very beautiful. I lived surrounded by thousand lakes and deep forests, mountains... My father was great fisherman and warrior, he teached me fight, - Ogima smiled watching the fire, he was involved in old remembrances. - Sometimes I dream of it...
- And what has happened?
- Amazons attacked our village and killed all, robbed us... They hate everyone what don't live like they do. North is such country where men and women live together and there no slaves.
- Really? - Sikya felt even more surprised.
- Yes, Sikya... But I think such tribes aren't too much even in North nowadays. Things have changed since that days when I was a kid.
- So your parents were killed?
- Yes... I've seen how they died... Then amazons took me and raised as slave. Evil and violance made me bad person, but I don't regret about it at all, - he looked at Sintya's eyes. - It helped me to survive and stay alive although... Now I'll die, - he knitted his brows and gave a deep sigh.
Sikya didn't know what to say Ogima. She just looked at him and couldn't take her eyes of him.
- I should hate you all, but not all amazons are bad... You are good and I promise I'll never hurt you, Sikya, - Ogima spoke enthusiastically and it seemed he was honest.
- I am sorry for your tribe and family... So we both are orphans, - she said silently. - I can't tell too much about my past as I can't remember it. I just know that I travelled from one tribe to another living and grown-up herself. Yes, I remember men in those tribes and all they were slaves, I've never met free man. I remember that many of them died being very young... - Sitya fell her eyes down giving a sigh. - But you know... - she looked at Ogima again with a smile on her face, her eyes sparkled in the dark. - I am sure that the spirits will save you... I'll ask them to protect you. Yes, - she nodded with enthusiasm. - I'll do that.
- Thank you, - Ogima chuckled softly. - You are very nice, Sikya... And I want to be with you. I really want it... You are so beautiful, - he smiled at her charmingly and waved flirting with Sikya.
Suddenly Sikya jumped up from the bench and strangely gazing somewhere began to smell air.
- What's wrong, Sikya? - Ogima also jumped up from the bench he was just sitting.
- Fire... Little Pavati's at risk! - she said and rushed like crazy to Amadahy's daughter room.
- Oh no... - Ogima whispered and followed Sikya. He liked little Pavati and had many hopes that she'll be different creator than her mother Amadahy, even being evil he didn't wish her bad and wanted protect a little girl.
He found Pavati watching the fire, she was shocked and didn't know where to hide.
- Pavati! Come to me! - he stretched out his hand at the girl.
- Ogima! - scared girl grabbed his hand and he pulled her to himself embracing her.
- Everything will be fine, little one... - he said caressing Pavati's hair and trying her calm down. - Where is Sikya? - he turned a bit looking for Sikya and seen her bravely fighting with fire.
- What a woman... - he mumbled looking at her with admiration and astonishment. Now he didn't doubt that his plan will work.
