Amusement park game pack?
I think an amusement park pack would be cool water parks,fairs and carnivals your sim can play games and win prizes like cheap goldfish,eat cotton candy and kiss on the ferris wheel

It's a bit hard to make it in the theme of Brighton pier, without there being a pier to build it on. :(
well I wouldn't like a Gothic theme.. either something Disney-sort of themed or Centreville
