An Autonomy Level Between "Off" and "Full" Please

We need an autonomy level between "Off" and "Full." Full autonomy makes sims to behave in erratic or out-of-character ways (like, literally behaving against their traits) and prone to dropping skilling activities like reading or playing with certain toys. However, things can start to get stale with autonomy off when playing a household of more than three sims. I need something where my sims will occasionally act on their own, but not drop important actions like skilling or have sims go to cook a meal when there are leftovers in the fridge or another sim is cooking. Oh, and yes, just have sims stay asleep overnight until 6 A.M. unless the player wakes them. Sims waking too early is one of the most annoying autonomous behaviors that happens in both autonomy modes...
