Welcome to Cottage Caravan, a modest home featuring a swimmable pond and other comforts. The price is a steal due to some recent events in Strangerville, but don't let that keep you from buying! Suitable for a single sim and toddler/child, or a couple with a child. Items for a dog also available, including an outdoor dog house.
