Suburban Family Home is very nice! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing looks great! The flowers and hedging in the front garden areas and either sides of the entrance area look pretty! The outdoors dining, living and pool patio is very nice! The lantern tree is very pretty! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the sunshine or evening air. They will enjoy swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! It is great that there is a chess nook in the entrance hall for sims to have fun playing chess . Very nice living room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv or playing console games in front of the fire. The teaset, sunny sunflowers, fireplace ledge clock , grandfather clock , globe and other items are nice home touches there. Very nice study desk nook! Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or resting in the arnchair reading a book . The diploma is proudly on the wall! The sepia pictures add a great look to the room. Very nice dining room! The pig and bunny are cute there! The white flowers are pretty for sims to see whilst dining. The fruit bowl is a nice touch there. The kitchen is very nice! The wall patterning looks great! The wall knives, spice set, display plate and other decor items are nice homely touches. Kids will have lots of fun playing in the playroom area! They will have fun playing the battle station, with the puppet theatre or with the dollhouse. They will like sitting on the cute animal chair reading a book ! Very nice furnishing, layout and colour schemes of the bedrooms!
