Problem with tattoo painting in CAS, on PS5

I was making a sim with the idea to blend night and day on her.. but maybe used the tattoo painting heavily? Just to cover her with some deep blue night skin... game crashes before I can save her 🙁 I'm on console so no CC, just  the base tools on offer, and unfortunately didnt even get to the further details I want to put in like patches of star dust all over her.. quite  disappointed, I do have all expansions, packs and most kits purchased but never had any consisting crashes except the odd occasional one. I have one save with about 60+ of my own sims moved into houses over different maps and only occasionally go into a few of them. I mainly like making Sims and doing the occasional builds. Are there any known tattoo making tips that would allow a design like this? Just want my creative time satisfied lol and the game playable.
