Your two new retail lots and the room are very nice! :) Syke's Bakery is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the building! The roofing looks very nice, and the brick texture of the exterior gives a great look to the shop. It looks nice how you have set up the umbrella covered tables in the front area of the build, for sims to enjoy dining outdoors in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the bakery! The green and white wall tiling looks very nice. The green, yellow and white colour scheme of the interior of the bakery looks very nice. Very nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to enjoy resting and chatting with the sunshine coming in through the window, The sunflowers picture is a sunny sight on the wall there for sims to see. The magazine stand is a nice touch there. It looks nice how you have placed the display racks either sides of the glass display case, ready for customer sims to come and buy baked goods from. Very nice register counter area! The cupcake pictures on the walls there add a nice touch to the area. The pig chef looks great on the counter there! Very nice kitchen area! It is great that you have the cupcake machine there for sims to enjoy baking items in. It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets, and the cutlery and knives are nice kitchen touches on the wall.
Very nice design of the Photography/Art Studio! The brick texture of the exterior looks very nice. It looks nice how you have steps up to the balcony area. The planter boxes look nice on the front window, and are nice for sims to see as they sit resting on the seat bench in the front nook area of the build, watching simmers coming to the art studio. Very nice layout of the interior of the build! It looks so very nice how you have placed the paintings and photos on the walls through the build! The placement of the brick walls in the interior of the build looks very nice!It is nice that you have an apartment area in the build where the sims can sleep and cook meals in the kitchen. Very nice art studio nook area for sims to enjoy painting on the easel near the window and at the same time enjoying looking out at the outdoors views. Nice sofa seating area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing and watching tv. They will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer.
The Artist's Studio room is so very nice! :) The layout and furnishing of the room is very nice! The pink and puple colours of the seating look nice togetherr, and the yellow colour of the walls looks nice and sunny. It looks nice how you have placed the pictures on the walls of the studio. The plumbobs picture is a nice colourful sight for the sims to see, which suits the colours that you have used in the room, and it looks nice how you have placed it above the door for sims to see when going through the door. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seats there watching tv and having a chat. They will enjoy painting on the easel, in a nice setting of the art themed decor around them. It looks nice how you have placed the armcjairs either sides of the table with the sunflowers on it, and also have the sunflowers picture on the wall beside it. The sunflowers themed items look very nice together, and they look great with the yellow colour of the wall. The brick texture of the easel area of the room looks nice. The purple flowers look nice jow you have placed them either sides of the fireplace, and the books and butteflies picture are nice touches on the fireplace ledge. The patterned floor rug looks great in the room.The pink flamingo is a nice touch in the room. The pink, purple and yellow colour scheme of the room creates a very nice look and feel to the room.
