@Lydiaa88 Yeah, I was unsure if they were recorded pre-update or if you had just missed it :) And yes, the women (and any other Sim you want) can be moved out at any point BUT, once they are moved out, they can never ever move back in, and they can no longer contribute to any goals (but any contributions they made before moving out is kept).
