Additional Notes: I made some changes: the space that was the laundry room in the blueprint, I turned that into two separate bathrooms (the other one is a half bath, and the other is a full bath). And the space that was a bathroom (the room next to the entry area in the blueprint), I turned that into a study/office. The laundry room I placed to the basement floor, and there I also added a second living room (The TV room) , a gym room and one more bedroom + bathrooms. I also wanted to add a terrace where there is an outdoor dining area, barbecue and a bar. Otherwise the layout is quite much the same as in the blueprint (although some window placements might be slightly different). I had a lot of fun doing this Challenge! 😊

It is a very lovely family home! 🙂 Very nice outdoors dining and bar patio. The raised hot tub pergola is great and very nice kids play area. The flowerbeds and flowers are pretty and great gardening nook. The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice design of each room and area. The colours are very nice. The bedrooms are lovely.
