Bring Back Custom Apartments (TS2 Style)

Yeah, I would love to be able to build them too. As it is I have tried to play 2, or 3 families in “apartments “ I’ve made, but you just can’t do it because fridges aren’t separate, etc.

I also want to see buildable hotels. Just tell us what we need and let us build them, or download them from other simmers.

I loved the way ts2 apartments worked.

Biggest pet peeve of mine with TS4!

I want to create different types of apartments, where I live we don't have big high-rise apartments, we have either typical apartment complexes that have pools and amenities such as laundry rooms, ponds, and gyms, or we have duplexes which are essentially a large house that has been split into 2 halves so 2 families could live there in their own apartment.

I had a trailer park in Sims 2. I loved playing with the families there. I would like make a similar one in Sims 4. Also real townhouse style lots. I have one, but it counts as one household rather than two.

I absolutely agree! I like doing big builds for things like apartments, hotels, and castles, but they just aren't practical for live mode - and they totally could be!

Lol.... I had a trailer park there too. I don’t think the fridges were attached in 2 though. It was fairly easy to do the trailer park in 2 because it worked right.

I wouldn’t mind if the opened up buildable apartments for everyone. Something like buildable apartments should really be something in the base game anyway. I own all the packs, but the more things that are in base game, the easier it would be to update things.

Maybe they don't do it bc sims in sims 4 is stupid to the point will die from starve even have fridge when many of them in same lots on their own. But yes build own apartment is sound good.
