Teen Cafe / Hangout

I felt like teens didn't really have any proper designated hangouts, so I made a kind of "catch all" with a bit of everything: PC Cafe, Coffee bar, Arcade, Lounge/Music/Dance space, Murals/Artwork, and a rooftop basketball court. Plenty of spots to meet other teens, hang out, and break curfew. :)

Wavves Nightclub

Just a small nightclub. I have two versions of this lot, one is slightly redesigned to fit on a smaller, 20x20 lot (to make the most of Magnolia Promenade).

Starlight Karaoke V1

Another lot with two versions, the second lot simply being smaller and without the second floor. Layout features a main room with bar, arcade games, and the large karaoke machine. Two small private karaoke rooms attached, and a second floor overlooking the main room with another karaoke machine.

Museum of Art & Fashion

I wanted my own versions of each lot type, but I also wanted a museum that would fit on a smaller lot while still fitting in thematically with the style of my other venues.

Off the Grid Challenge lots

My lots for various stages in the Off the Grid challenges. Basically, you can't have anything other than candles/fire pits/lanterns, and for facilities you have to level up handiness and make your own (using a get together bush in the meantime). Fortunately, someone already has mods/cc for the waterpump and solar panels/wind turbines, so you can really get the whole experience. :grin:

These aren't particularly stylish or aesthetically stunning, but they make for some really fun (and challenging) gameplay!

Skye Pool

Another venue in my quest to complete them all. I love the skye fitness lot, but I already have so many other gyms that I wanted to make something that could take advantage of the view while still being useful. Considering only penthouses have pools in San Myshuno, this seemed like the best replacement :)
