Calling Landscapers and Home Re-modellers. Makeover of Pique Hearth (Pancakes House)

Looks nice! I like the downstairs.
When I read the title I thought it said Landgraabs instead of landscapers and got confused. I should go to bed.

Funny thing though, some of the doors went missing when I downloaded onto a different laptop, including the front door. :D

I'd like Bob to be able to grow some tomatoes and stuff to cook with; but not sure where he can fit anything like that in the garden.

And not sure where to start with upstairs.
I'm deciding that Bob and Eliza have been married about 18 months or so. Honeymoon period is likely to be wearing off - maybe fast.
They are young adults; so needing to bring some modern and personal style into their private living space/s.
Should I keep the seperate bedrooms, or make one a guest room instead?
{I feel downstairs still works as I'm saying the property is inherited and came with most of the furniture.}

And I changed the ensuite to a more gender-neutral colour. Trying to decide whether to change the bath over to the clawfoot bath-and-shower combo. Only, that probably means moving the wall light.

Master Bedroom so far. Thinking the bust and lamp in the one corner may need to go; to be replaced with some mild clutter.
The curtains may not be working for me either...

Here is the second/spare room. Which Bob will (probably) spend increasing amounts of time in. I had a thought while doing this room; that it could be the room Bob grew up in. The house being inherited from his parents and all. I did remove the soccer ball lamp and the posters on the wall though. I didn't really like them. Bob and Eliza have likely redone/repurposed the room since getting married and taking sole ownership of the house.

Nicely done. I'm guessing from the scenario you mentioned that the Pancakes aren't destine to last? If he's going to be spending more and more time in said 'guest bedroom', me thinks they need a marriage counselor. :open_mouth:

I was going by the maxis provided biography and the fact that the original version of the house had two rooms looking like a “his” and “hers”. :D
In my game, they are now into week two; Eliza has got a job as a Critic. Bob has been promoted twice.
They are sleeping in the same bed. But only sleeping...

Every time they get whims related to each other, I am sending them to talk. So very abruptly one or both of them will get bored with the conversation and the whims will move on.
I plan to let the game decide what happens to the marriage. If she gets mad at his messes, so be it. If they get simultaneous whims for a little woohoo or even try for baby...
It’s turning out that he works nights and she works mornings and they aren’t really crossing paths. :|
