Car Garage Pack

I like this idea, I liked the buildable car that we had in TS2. If not an ownable garage it could be a Mechanic profession like the Doctor or Scientist, perhaps. :smile:

They could also call it Guru Garage ;)

I play this in TS2. I built a garage and he lives upstairs. Home Business, he fixes up the old junker that came in FT and sells them on a car lot (another owned business) where we can sell cars. So, he runs a home business, where his customers hang out (ticket machine) They hang out in the office, buy colas, and snacks from machine, and he fixes the cars then he sells them at a car lot. Big dias for show cars. :D TS2 is still the best game ever for imagination.

I'd be down for that. It'd be a good way to incorporate some form of cars in the game in a pack that makes sense. Best idea I've heard for cars yet, beyond just having them.

Oh, sorry about that. But the scrap metal into car parts was a good idea, right? I mean i remember playing Gearhead Garage when i was young.

It's a nice idea, but, I'm not sure if I want to have a specific GP/SP only for a garage.. It would be great if they could actually add it in a new GP/SP that relates to transportation or favourite past time, say, let's call it Get Moving ;) Maybe makes it like a GTA style.. or Tony Hawk's Pro Skater...

Garages would be great I have been wanting to have the mechanic career since the On the Road survey first mentioned them with options to build fix and customize cars would be nice to have the option to open up a car lot along side it. There's just so many car specific lots they could go with like drive in theaters or make out spots for our teens overlooking the city and a gas station is a must you could have your Sims drive up to a pump after loading into the lot have your Sims go inside for a Icee or purchase some (chance card) lotto tickets or do some basic shopping.
