Cool! I hope you like him. You may be more familiar with the cartoon version of Popeye, and my sim version has a lot of big differences from that. I based him more on the Thimble Theater comic strip version, where he was a Merchant Marine rather than a US Navy-type seaman. He also had red hair rather than being bald. And he was also much more of a roughneck, which is why he's Hot-Headed rather than Good.
