Backstory: Chantelle's parents were very...politcal. Though they'd call themselves "community-minded". Chantelle didn't think she would end up where they were, between community service and protests and vegan soul food. But she ended up there anyways, working for a non-profit and still not eating meat. Lately Chantelle has been consumed by the selfish need to check out of society for a month and paint. Community murals done with local high school students don't count for her. The ideas in her head are solo projects only, and it will take forever to get them out. Almost as long as it will take to clean her messy apartment.
