I've made it to three stars though I have almost no funds xD
My one employee is awful, so still figuring out how to make them better.
Things I've noticed so far:
Rules 4 and 5 can probably be combined slightly. As dachusnd Creek and the other one I'm pretty sure are the only two lots worth only 2k simoleons.
So one is home lot and the other is the vet clinic.
Rule 13- its a skill not a career. :)
Another note: There is a glitch with strays and going into labor. Once they're in labor they stay in labor but never actually deliver. It hasn't been fixed. I'm still trying to figure out how to fix it. Scratch that. You have to be on the home lot or they're stuck in labor for days.
