If I'm not mistaken, the game replaces and/or removes items you don't have in your game with something you do have.

Regardless of what type of CC it is, it still gets tagged as CC, it'ssupposed to anyway. Everything I've ever uploaded with CC has been tagged as such. Even default replacements get tagged.
