I don't think it's click baiting, maybe just some mislabeling. I see that they wrote in the description field where they got the hair and make-up and defaults and there's lots of tags for different creators. Personally, if I see custom poses I know there's going to also be cc content included and simply don't download. However, I think those sims are pretty even without the CC, you could try to give them a similar hair and make-up as in the gallery picture.
