I see a lot of people on the forum still asking for more careers, active ones in particular. And lots of comments about that 'unemployed' tag - especially when running venues like retail and restaurants. I think a system that gives players the freedom to be creative and versatile while still providing structure and support within the game could be a really powerful and appreciated tool.
