Custom Age Lengths
I would like to suggest having a slider in the game to adjust custom age lengths for Sims and pets. I feel that Long setting is too long and Normal is too short.

Indeed, I'd set mine to the same amount of time it takes for a human to live such as 80 days = 80 years for example. :D
