Updated Household Rules:

• Only potential spouses to Founder and Descendants are allowed to be added as a new member.
• If a child is born outside of the household, then that child can be moved in as a new member with or without their non-Descendant parent.

Updated Aspirations:

• When a potential spouse is added to the household, you must roll a dice to determine their Personal Aspiration. (see previous line for aspiration numbers.)
• When a sim completes a Personal Aspiration, you can pick any aspiration of your choosing.
