As this challenge has sadly closed for a while I thought I would share it here, I love this build, I hope you do too <3

Hello :) I will repost here what i wrote in the challenge thread.
Serenity Valley Estate is such a very nice home! :) The outdoors areas look so very nice! The water and water fountain features along the edges of the build look very nice! The plants look very nice along the front edge of the build. Very nice back courtyard! The pool area is very nice. The tiling around the edges of the pool, the water fountains, and the plants on the corners of the pool looks very nice. Sims will hsve fun swimming in the pool or enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers in the sunshine. The statues look very nice on top of the towers. The front patio entrance area is very nice! The pools and water fountain features on the left and right hand side areas looks very nice. The plants and lights look nice lining the edges of the water. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom looks very pretty. The shoes rack is a nice home touch in the room. Nice sofa seats sitting room for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofas having a chat face to face or relax in the massage chair with the restful sight of the fish to look at and have a massage. The incense will be a nice aroma for the sims when sitting there. The wall of candles looks nice dividing off the area. Very nice design of the kitchen! The blue colour of the kitchen walls looks nice and the green colour of the bar stools and dining seats goes well with it. The wall knives and cutlery are nice kitchen touches there. The island bar stool counter is nice. The rose is pretty for sims to see when using the sink. The sunflowers and plants on the dining table are sunny and nice for sims to see whilst enjoying eating their meals at the table. The friit pictures are a nice touch on the wall. Very nice spa room! Sims will enjoy doing yoga on the mats, meditating quietly on the meditation stools or enjoy swimming in the pool there. The fish tanks on the side wall look very nice how you have placed them there.

Serenity Valley Estate is such a magnificent structure, love the pool area and all the water features. Beautifully decorated and furnished interiors and lovely spacious layout :)

Tuscan Ridge Nursing Home is a very nice home for the sims to enjoy living in @Liziann1 :) The design of the home is very nice. The dome type flower box windows look very pretty along the front exterior of the home. The vases of flowers either sides of the entrance are nice for sims to see when entering the Home. The living room is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the armchairs and sofas there. The sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seats there, having a chat together, watching tv and enjoying looking out through the windows at the greenhouse garden room. They will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst they are sitting there. The greenhouse room is so very nice! The gardening boxes look great how you have placed them there for the sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants. The flowers look very pretty along the edges of the wall windows. Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat bench, looking at the nice setting of the plants and flowers. The reading and library room is very nice. The armchairs look very nice how you have placed them in the room. The sims will enjoy sitting there relaxing whilst reading a book from the bookshelf . Very nice design of the kitchen and dining room! The red and grey colour scheme of the room looks very nice! The grey kitchen wall tiling looks nice. It looks great how the dining table has been enlarged, and the dining seats are on each sides, for all the sims to enjoy eating their meals together. The island sink and bar stool counter is great! The fruit bowl and mugs set are nice kitchen touches in the room. Very nice areas through the Home for the sims to have fun playing chess and games on the card table. The water fountain feature near where the chess tables are looks very nice! The fish from the aquarium are restful for sims to enjoy looking at. They will enjoy listeming to the music from the piano being played and enjoy watching a comedy routine. Very nice outdoors yoga area for the sims to enjoy doing yoga on the mats or attend a yoga class together. Very nice outdoors pool patio! The sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy painting on the easels in the sunshine.
The residents are very nice! :) It is nice that they each have their own special aspiration and traits.
The home and the sims are very nice :)

Hello, I did go in and play :) ended up creating 2 single parent families who of course end up together so I then "flipped" them a new home using the Underrenovation 1st build, by @Zita1966z
