Backstory
Every now and then I like to build starter homes. I find the challenge of trying to make a house look nice while staying within a strict budget fun. But I realized that all my starter homes feature a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom configuration, and sometimes sim families need starters too! The added bonus is that every additional sim raises the budget by 2,000 simoleons, so it gives me a bit of extra flexibility. The idea here was to make a starter for a family of 5, and keeping it under a budget of 28,000 (or 26,000 accounting for lot prices)
