Backstory
Derived from the 4B/2R Suburban Starter, borrowing elements of the exterior design, room layout, and color scheme. Although it's a lot of fun building starter houses and trying to cram everything in while staying under the budget limit, sometimes it feels like having both hands tied behind my back. Mostly, the landscaping is often seriously lacking in my starter home designs. I did like the exterior design for the 4B/2R Suburban Starter, and I wanted to remake it with essentially an unlimited budget and focus extensively on the landscaping.
