Looking for someone who loves to do Landscaping.

I just built a 4 unit underground apartment complex. I plan on uploading it tomorrow after I add the finishing touches to the kitchens.  I wasn't really sure what to do with the ground above. I would like to have built a beautiful park or wooded area with a few trails but my landscaping skills aren't the best. They're ok but I wouldn't win prizes. Lol I have all the packs and most of the kits. 

Is there anyone who would like to do it? It's a 40x30 lot in Gibbi Point. It uses a lot of items from For Rent. Each Apt has 3 bds and 3bas the kitchens are raised and the 2 living rooms on the lowest level are sunken.
