  • I think it's best not to get your hopes up where the Sims 4 is concerned. I had many hopes for the game at the start of this year and it's mostly been a disappointment, we got two good packs and a refresh. The year has mostly been about boring kits and not much else. No gameplay improvements, no baby improvements yet again and the game is more glitchy than ever.
  • The thing is, most the stuff that came out last year was already fairly well in development when the world went into lockdown. Now it's a year and a half later, they're still mostly working from home, and all the little delays due to not getting immediate feedback from their co-workers because they're not working face to face are starting to pile up.

I think we've got at least another six months to a year of slow releases once they all get back to working in the office more - and they may never go back to working in the offices full time, as a lot of businesses have learned that remote work is indeed viable.

Great feedback but with TS4 I just take it one day at a time. ?

Oh, believe me, my hopes haven't been up for a real long time. I'm just hoping that we can get some of these things. I wasn't into Starwars, Strangerville, mermaids without somewhere for them to swim, no houseboats, clothes kits that looked plain to me, ect. I just keep hoping for more. Sims3 spoiled us contentwise and it's very hard for me to adjust to the little we do get and that was before Covid slow ups.
