While elders can already retire from jobs, I do think this system needs to be reworked a little.
For example:
These are three that come to my mind right now.
For example:
- Add an indication to the career panel that this elder has retired.
- Allow elders to get part-time jobs without losing their pension.
- If elders can keep their pension after rejoining another job, don't allow them to retire again from that job.
