(if you need further help installing let me know, but its just copy all the files in the FX folder to the location it states in post, if you hit f12 you should be able to see if it works or not) Also I'm not positive of this, but I believe the overlay doesn't show up when you use C to take screenshots, so you need to use either fraps or printscreen (ctrl + printscreen or FN + printscreen), if you have windows 8+ you can hit windows key + printscreen and it gets saved to your User --> Pictures --> Screenshots folder.

just download s3hq (not the one that says sourcecode)
I used to use another but this one is simple to turn on & off. I have all my settings ramped up to max, and I believe i'm on 512 px. But it's up to you. When / if you play normally and aren't just taking screens I suggest taking it off unless your computer can handle it (:
