Family Play - looking for a house

I'm going to start my first proper family play soon (investing in parenthood) but I was wondering if anyone had or knew of some really nice houses for families - I'm aiming for a "typical" family setting.

mum, dad, toddler, child and some pets - probably pups

I'm a better builder than I used to be but not as solid as I would like to be - I know some people have loads of the packs or simply packs that I don't have so I don't mind if the house needs some TLC in order to match the packs that I have. I just know there are some super creative simmers out there and thought it would be cool to reach out and see what I might not know.

    Check out the Affordable Family Housing thread. Also, what kind of room sizes would you be looking for? I know some simmers like a lot of elbow room while others like things tight and efficient: some people think a 4x5 kitchen is "small" and others think the same kitchen is "too big".

    I'm not too sure, I do like the lived in feel when it comes to builds and I love me some clutter items but I don't everything too on top of each other
