Your new basement: It occured to me that you might have wanted the third bedroom upstairs afterward, but I liked the idea of the teen room downstairs so that's what i went with.

And my submission, the Faded Glory FixUp #03
Needs floors, lights and wallpapers as well as a new, consistent siding.
Needs at least two bedrooms, a laundry, a library or indoor gym, or both. You can fix the garden up if you want.
