The exterior design of Cotempo Deco is very nice! :) The Art Deco and modern style of the house looks very nice! Very nice black and white colour scheme used. The back pool and outdoors dining patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy eating meals outdoors in the air at the dining table. The sculpture fountain is a great touch in the pool! Very nice and stylish furnishing of the interior! The black sofa and armchairs look nice how they are placed in the living room for Sims to enjoy chatting, and listening to granaphone music Very stylish office nook for Sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or relaxing in the armchairs watching tv or reading a book. Very nice design of the dining room. It is great that there is a bar counter there for Sims to have a drink with their meal. The pears wall pictures and sculpture on the table add a nice look to the room. Very stylish kitchen! The black and wall tiling, and chequered flooring looks very nice! Very nice design of the bedrooms. The black and white circles wallpaper study desk wall in thr kids room looks very effective! The coloured jigsaw floor rug is a nice touch. The plants look very nice beside the bath tub in the bathrooom.
