I wasn't playing this household when it happened, but one of my Sims married and has children with him. :)

Yep Izzy is married to one of the NPC acting career producers and they have an adopted daughter

I don't find any interest in Izzy, particularly because the fashion choices they gave him in Sims 4 are even worse than on Mobile. He will be getting a style makeover of his own very soon...

My sim never did get together with him, he was too busy admiring himself in the mirror all the time to pay attention to he,r so they remained best friends, haha.

To put it succinctly, no. I don't generally play premades.

I did a remodel on his clothes, he has become one of my favorite sims. In one of my first games where I was creating a sim to be famous as an actress and just before she became a 1 star celebrity he already had done his own introduction to her. As she got more reputation he was always the first to cheer her and was always coming around. After a bit he actually told her he liked her and they ended up marrying, I was not sure I was keeping the game yet as it was a test one for me and so I let them elope. He was smitten with my sim and they both had the always needed to look into a mirror quirk. Everytime they saw paparazzi he would act annoyed and get a debuff of tense that he wished they would just go away, but his wife was a paparazzi darling. They ended up having a daughter, that kind of mostly resembled him but also the mother some , I am not sure I have had a more happy couple than they were.

Not yet, but I think it might be heading that way. I started a new save last night with a single sim who wants to be an actress. She met Izzy at the gym and while their personalities are different, they both seem to share a love for all things pink and lavender. I think they'd be a perfect match. They are good friends and she gave him her house key so far. We'll see what happens. I might give him a little bit of a makeover because he does seem to have a few random accessories that don't match and we can't have that!
