Following The Fords - Legacy Story

It’s another spring morning in Willow Creek as Zach and Mila get ready for the day ahead. Mila is now into her second trimester and has really popped! Look at that bump!

She gets dressed for the day and makes a mental note that she really needs to get some maternity clothes, as even her loose overalls are feeling pretty snug now

In the kitchen, Zach is preparing breakfast

And once it’s ready they sit down to eat

The couple talk about some plans – now Mila is into her second trimester, they’re really feeling the rush to move into a new home before the baby comes. The house they saw and fell in love with is still on the market, so they’re considering putting in an offer

But there’s not much time to talk about it now, as Zach has to go to work. He says goodbye to Mila

Mila sits down at her computer and gets on with ordering some maternity clothes

Then spends some time working on her writing piece, getting ready to send it off to the client soon

Soon, though, she’s interrupted by a knock at the door

Summer has come to visit!

It isn’t just a social visit, though, as Summer has some news…

She’s pregnant!

Summer was nervous to tell Mila, feeling guilty about getting pregnant so quickly after Mila’s struggles, but Mila is over the moon for her friend and is so excited that her baby will have a friend to grow up with!

Summer thanks Mila for being so supportive and gets ready to head off to her first baby scan.

With Summer heading off to her baby scan, Mila gets a text from Liberty
“omg, can you believe it! You and Summer having babies together, I’m so happy for you!

With an hour or so left until Zach returns from work, Mila gets a bit more work done. Every pay check brings them closer to their new home!

Soon Zach returns home from another day of work

He decides he’s had quite enough cooking for today and orders a pizza instead

And they sit down to watch their favourite cooking competition show with some pizza

Mila also tells Zach about Summer’s visit and her exciting news – Zach too is thrilled to learn their child will have a friend to grow up with, and that he and Mila will have some parent friends to share advice and stories with!
