I've decided to turn Magnolia Promenade into it's very own Gay Village, seeing as how I never go there or use it for anything, so I started off with a couple of buildings smushed together, a two storey café with a separate LGBT+ resource and support centre on the first floor, with a bar nextdoor, complete with two floors of one bedroom apartments and a rooftop garden space:
