Let's kick off the third page of this thread! So then, I have stopped doing smaller lot showcases. That means that I can do some bigger lot showcases. And oh boy I have a lot here.
I thought about sharing some completed projects, but these are not truly complete before being changed into Residential Rental lots and having necessary items added. So only the projects I haven't shared here before will be shared here.
Let's begin somewhere then...
And... done for now. From the release date, I can simply finish those buildings, upload them to the Gallery, and share the link here. As... there were... a lot more pictures... to upload...

I never thought I'd be building such a building in Evergreen Harbor, but one neighborhood is missing an apartment after all. So here, I made an industrial apartment, layout inspired by Pinecrest Apartments (the one in Conifer Station). In the end, it fits a lot of sims there.
Unit amount: 10
Extra: Utility room and grafiti spots, I guess. No laundry room this time!
While in build mode it removed every changing decoration, here's how it looks like with the default neighborhood state:

Copperdale needs an apartment building, yet there are not a lot of lots to use. The unoccupied lots are small, one I have made into a recreation center, one stays a starter home, and the empty lot... It just doesn't connect to roads, so I have no ideas on how to build an apartment there. So I made it there. The goal is to house a family with at least 1 teen. Maybe even two, perhaps even 4 if you're daring enough. Also added platforms for escape windows, in case that the sneak out stuff requires it.

Chestnut Ridge, for some reason, had to have an apartment. Though now when I have started it, I'm thinking of making one in Henford-on-Bagley too... Anyway, this one is a rowhouse complex, each first floor containing a stable for a horse (or multiple if you're daring enough), second floor for sims (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom), and a little third floor for attic space for whatever use.

Glimmerbrook finally got its own supernatural apartment! This one is almost completed even! Built for spellcasters, it even includes a room to make potions in. And a farming area to farm the ingredients in. And a spirit medium area in the lobby where to super casually contact spirits or whatever... super casually of cousrse.
Unit amount: 13
Extra: Spirit summoning, bar, laundry room, utilities, potion brewing room, gardening area, wishing well, and a nectar cellar with potion brewing.

San Sequoia got another new apartment, this time in Anchorpoint Wharf! This time I took half inspiration from trailer and half inspiration from the neighborhood decoration buildings. This resulted in two buildings in the lot: the right one being a two-story duplex, and the left being a small apartment building with café and laundromat. One of the struggles were finding the right windows for it, as those decoration buildings use that escape window, which would greatly restrict my object placement. Overall, I think I got something nice done.
Unit amount: 6
Extra: Café, boba tea, laundry, utility, and a small park.
This is one where I have to number the units.

More sims to StrangerVille! This copy of Willow Creek building got replaced with something almost looking like those decorations in the neighborhood. Included the planter boxes for strangeness and a listening device to the utility room. Planning to have a swooping landlord there!

Brindleton Bay got an interesting looking apartment building. At first, I struggled with it, but I got it into somewhat OK looking form I guess. The only problem left is the yard: what do I add there or will I turn it into a U shaped building instead to have less problems with the yard? Only time (and maybe forum feedback) will tell...

I also told myself not to build in San Myshuno, but no, I had a sudden idea of "What if I took the penthouses and add some more floors under them". So here it is! FountainView Penthouse, but now there are three floors under it for other sims. This means more apartments to San Myshuno! Evil laughter!
Unit amount: 7
Extra: None, except it has the elevator, copied with the room tool, with stairs just in case.
One picture for the bottom three floors, but they are all the same for now!

San Myshuno builds don't stop here! Meet Torendi Tower Penthouse! This one, the original just is... too big and too full of random stuff. So let's take it and turn it into some luxury apartments with a brand new penthouse! The only questions are if every unit deserves a pool and how should I go about it (as it'll take room from the unit downstairs).
Unit amount: 5
Extra: Those elevators again, I guess.

We have arrived to Willow Creek, to which I've decided to make a rowhouse with backyards. One struggle was that the building mustn't be on fountain, as due to having to keep the yards as rooms with floors removed (to mark them into units), it causes a visual glitch where you can see through the ground when looking at fences separating neighbors. Otherwise, ideas are yet to be flowing...

In Oasis Springs however, I got an idea more easily. This apartment building can support 4 large families and up to 8 smaller families as units on the ground floor only have one floor while units above it have two floors. I also added a small recreation area to the basement floor. Basement floors are fun: if you have no idea where to put the room, just put the room there! There's always room in the basement!
Unit amount: 8
Extra: Laundry, utility, recreation area with baby-safe area

And to finish it off, Windenburg! This idea is simple: simply take those two little houses in Olde Platz and copy them, turning them into rowhouses, each with 3 units. Though to the right one, I also added a laundry room and a utility room.
This entry takes two buildings into one, and I'll share only one picture of them:
