One more question: Is woodworking allowed as a way to work on Handiness for the Water sister (especially since it's also a creative endeavor that is boosted by the Home Studio lot trait that boosts both painting and writing)?

Also... so I guess I actually had two more questions: Are we allowed to use lot traits?
