Illnesses would be a good one

The take on health I'd like would be some realistic (maybe trait-based) over random.
Make it so sims with Loves the Outdoors have immunity to allergies and lower chance to become ill but the chance grows when they are inside for a long time. Fat/lazy people with a higher chance of digestive issues. Lazy/Hot-headed with a higher chance of heart attack. Sims with high-level fitness would have a lower chance to be ill. Gardening skill reducing the chance for allergies. Possibly connect it with Seasons/weather so sims getting wet in rain or cold in winter would have higher short-term chance to get ill. Squeamish sims could have panic strokes when they encounter someone who's ill.

Introducing vaccines might be a possibility as well.

Maybe have all the aspects (short-term and permanent) combined into some kind of meter (similar to parenthood traits) that'd show the likelihood of getting ill for each sim.

Don't see myself using any of these.

I think they should make a new medieval

I want to decorate other Sims' houses, but fixing up jobs on computer. That's a bit of Sims3 that I really enjoyed and would like in Sims 4. It also gives you an excuse to go inside and meet and greet would be employers.

I'm sorry I don't like any in this option.
I want a total "educated" pack with uni, private schools, boarding, online degrees etc so a smaller pack after it would just be a MFP situation to me.

Architecture is essentially the patched stylist career but for lots so it feels like it should also be patched in too.

Health and illness seems like a waste of a pack, could be side features of other themed packs.

And the description of alternative items sounds more like stuff pack material to me.

I would rather 2 options from the first half of the poll.
