Canal View is very nice! :) Very nice layout of the home! The blue colour of the exterior looks nice. Nice upper balcony for sims to enjoy sitting resting at the umbrella covered table there, enjoying looking out at the views. The water fountain features at the front of the home are nice to greet sims when coming to the home. The backyard pool area is nice. It lloks nice how you have placed the lavender plants on the side edge of the pool area which is nice for sims to see when having fun swimming there. It looks very nice how you have done the steps on the side of the home which lead to the front and back areas of the home. Sims will enjoy cooking meals outdoors on the bbq on the back patio. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Nice open floor plan of the living, diming and kitchen area. Great living room corner area for sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the seats watching tv. The butterflies pictures on the are a nice background sight for sims to see whilst watching tv. The curved bar stool counter looks great! The red flowers on the counter are nice for sims to see whilst cooking and dining there. The patterned floor rugs in the area add very nice looks there. Very nice layout of the bedroom! Great study desk and reading corner nook. Sims will enjoy reading a book or using a computer there. The black patterned floor rug looks nice in the room. It is great that sims can use the punching bag there. The musician themed picture on the bedroom wall looks great there. Sims will have nice views through the bedroom windows.
