Hire Handyman for Object Upgrades

I agree, we need more npc types and also a way to manage them in the manage household. Maybe a new tab where all sims who would have the right skills to to such job would appear and we could assign them, this way the game doesnt need to be generating new and useless sims for the same jobs.
