I'd love to be able to both visit or run a small hotel/motel/b&b. I hope if they do it they keep the requirements simple. All I want really is a check in desk, and maid service. Lockable doors and of course you have to pay for and claim a room/suite ect.
I'd like to be able to add a working bar/dance area. Maybe a working cafe. Not too sure about room service though. To me that's starting to add too many NPC's.
Although it would also be nice to add spa equipment ect and be able to order in a massage.
