As in TS2 a variety of room sizes: singles, larger room(s) with 2 single beds, same size but double bed, larger ones with a double and 1 or 2 singles. Each room, regardless of size, has at least a basic bathroom. Provision of phone for calling room service and a small table and chairs to eat the delivered munchies. There should be at least one generic public restroom. Not keen on more than three floors. That would result in a lot of sims on one lot, which could make said lot draggy.
