OK well some of my ideas
We can create a Royal family a King, Queen, ect and have a Sim palace.
Sim palace can have multiple homes, allow multiple sims to live there as NPC's including family or staff.
New NPC bodyguards for Royal Sims. Paparazzi to report on scandals.
Have a Royal wedding where Sims can have a lavish wedding to the public.
Have a line of succession tab to view
Person in control of throne can give titles
New CAS items like new wedding dresses, crowns, tiaras
New event royal wedding,
Give royal announcements can be made using an easel on the outside of the palace like a baby birth, death, new king or queen
Set certain rules for heirs
Heirs need king or queen approval to marry
