How to "win" a retail shop in Get to Work?

I'm currently updating the awesomely brutal apocalypse challenge.

I want to include as many packs and features as possible since Royalty and Legacies is supposedly our last pack. (Excluding both types of kits, of course.)

I know with business and hobbies you can have a 5 star home/small business - so that will be the equivalent of maxing out a career. (Same with Vet clinics, Restaurants and Rentals.)

But I don't know what would be the equivalent for a retail business that you set up using Get To Work. So I'd love your ideas. 

This re-work is even including after school actives and college organizations, so I'd love to have Retail shops too. 

For Home Chief Hustle, I'm using the Aspirations.

(Though I must say even getting to the "Chief Hustle Land" def won't be for the weak at heart...or those who get super bored in legacy challenges.)
