Have a sim go to university with only 2,999 simoleons. Your sim must receive straight all A+, throw a keg party and earn gold and have a love interest before uni is over.
Rules: University can be paid with existing household money but after moving the 2,999 is all you have for to pay for resources such as food, books etc. You must move into the dorms. You can't get a job so be creative on how you're going to make money. Don't forget you'll have to pay for the next semester with the money you have left after the first semester.
